Rating: - Excellent for what it is
This tripod fits excellently into a small pocket when folded up- an incredibly useful feature, allowing it to be taken anywhere where you would take a camera. Of course this does mean that it is quite small - around 8 inches tall with the legs fully extended, but as long as that is all you want then this fits the bill very well. Rating: - Looks good feels good. Quality
If you can imagine Action Man in the 1920s and he's just about to film Charley Chaplin with his hand cranked camera, and if this tripod were made of wood it would be the exactly the right size, if you see what I mean.
This compact tripod is made of metal, feels good, looks good and is a quality piece of kit.
With free delivery it took about 4 days to arrive, brilliant.

Rating: - Oh yes
Why haven't you got one of these. It's the best bargin you'll ever get with 'Sony' stamped on it. Everything that the other reviewers say is true. It even fits my ancient, but excellent, 1980s SLR camera.
Rating: - Broke!
I was initially very pleased with mine. However, after a little use the screw became stiff to turn and then broke completely. I guess if you buy a cheap tripod, that's what you get.
